Modafinil usage

Sleep is a moment of resting the mind especially after a day?s hustle and bustle. However, some people have difficulty in falling asleep or catching quick sleep when they need it. This causes a disorder known as Insomnia. It mainly occurs after a death of a loved or a frequent use of stimulants which perform similar functions as Modafinil.

Causes of Insomnia can be stimulants such as herbs, amphetamines, cocaine and Modafinil. Some psychological problems like fear, anxiety or mental tension can cause inability to acquire sleep. Low magnesium level in the body can be another symptom of Insomnia. 

There are several means of treating Insomnia that may not necessarily be medical. This includes the oxygen treatment, cannabis and melatonin which are greatly effective for some of the patients. There are many other traditional medicines which are used as treatment of Insomnia.        

Insomnia is having trouble falling asleep and is largely caused by the usage of unauthenticated stimulants. Patients wake up a lot at night and find it difficult to fall back to sleep again. This brings them a lot of problems during the day for example fatigue and depression. Many Insomniacs suffer of poor memory, ability to concentrate and they hardly enjoy their social lives. It is advisable to see the doctor immediately incase the above symptoms are observed.
